The Manufacturing Engineer is a key member of the Manufacturing Operations team responsible for supporting daily production, improving manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with Operations, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) performance. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated problem solver who enjoys working on the manufacturing floor, analyzing data, implementing improvements, and leading cross‑functional projects that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality. This is a second shift role.
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
