Qualifications

  • ERP/MRP software experience (Made2Manage is a plus)
  • Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement experience
  • Knowledge of GD&T and ability to read engineering drawings
  • Experience in designing tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

  • Process Development & Optimization – Design and improve manufacturing processes for precision machining and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Fixture & Tooling Design – Create custom fixtures, tooling, and work instructions to enhance production efficiency.
  • Quality & Compliance – Ensure all manufacturing processes align with AS9100, ISO 9001, and GD&T standards.
  • Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement – Implement cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Collaboration & Troubleshooting – Work closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
  • Production Support – Assist in developing manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Your Role:
