AST is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own and drive improvements in manufacturing delivery and cost performance at our Tacoma site. You will work as the technical owner of manufacturing processes, collaborating with design and production teams to enable efficient, safe operations.
The role involves engineering operations, project management, and implementing a technical manufacturing strategy with limited supervision, while maintaining quality and schedule adherence.

Competitive compensation for onsite WA applicants is $75,000-$100,000. All applicants are welcome to apply.

The Manufacturing Engineer will support AST by providing manufacturing technical support that includes manufacturing engineering, plant engineering, and industrial engineering. The primary responsibility of this position is to own improvements in manufacturing delivery and cost performance. This position will be the technical owner of manufacturing processes. This may include engineering operations, project management, and any transactional processes. The role will perform a variety of complex tasks and assist in developing and executing a technical manufacturing strategy.
