Job summary

AMREP Supplier Management Services in Phoenix seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead our OEM partner's team and drive product realisation.

You will direct manufacturing processes, implement improvements, develop equipment layouts, and advance NPI/DFM with strong cost and quality controls. A degree in engineering and 7+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electronics, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in NPI/DFM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify improvements.
• Determine resolutions and implement improvements.
• Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
• Ensure processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports.

Job Description:

AMREP Supplier Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to provide leadership to our OEM partner's team. You will be working with the world's best in electronics manufacturing and will play a critical role in the successful realisation of cutting edge products.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing processes to ensure successful product realisation. Experience in consumer products and/or consumer electronics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree in manufacturing, electronics, industrial, or mechanical engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience in NPI/DFM activities will be highly regarded.
