Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or related engineering; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years as a manufacturing engineer in a production environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and production line setup, launch or development.
• Experience creating manufacturing work instructions and SOPs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing BOM creation, edit and maintenance.
• U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.

• Investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence.
• Integrate reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement.
• Provides input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.

• 5+ years previous experience as a manufacturing engineer in a production environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and/or production line setup, launch and/or development.
• Experience creating manufacturing work instructions and/or standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of manufacturing bill of materials, creation, edit, and/or maintenance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace manufacturing reviewing engineering, producibility, writing work instructions/SOPs, Windchill EPDM, Creo, SAP experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with THAAD and FMB programs preferred.
