The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Manufacturing Engineer needs a strong foundation in engineering principles, a passion for problem-solving, and a proactive approach to process optimization. The incumbent will play a key role in evaluating manufacturing technologies, developing efficient workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The incumbent will work as a lead project engineer utilizing project management techniques to successfully drive projects through completion. In addition, will lead and support the ongoing efforts to create standard work.
