Job Description Position Summary: We're looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer for our JUSTIN, TX facility who thrives on the shop floor and knows how to turn problems into process improvements. This role is focused on driving continuous improvement, supporting equipment and process reliability, and helping scale operations through lean principles and standardization. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve productivity, troubleshoot issues, and support new equipment installations. From optimizing plant layout to building preventative maintenance programs, this role plays a key part in keeping the facility running efficiently and safely. This is not a desk‑only role—you’ll be actively engaged in daily manufacturing operations, providing technical direction, solving real‑time issues, and ensuring processes are aligned with quality, safety, and performance standards. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.
