Humanetics is seeking a process engineer to monitor and improve molding operations across rubber, vinyl, foam, silicone, and urethane departments. This role defines and documents preparation, mold, and trim processes to achieve quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a technical bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in process engineering, and experience with PPAP/FMEA. Lean, SPC/DOE training, and a six-sigma belt are preferred.

This position has the responsibility to monitor, control, and improve the manufacturing processes used to produce the parts in the rubber, vinyl, foam, silicone, and urethane molding departments. This includes responsibility for defining and documenting processes used to prepare for molding, mold parts, and trim parts after they are molded.
