RFA Engineering is seeking an entry-level to experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team onsite at a customer facility in the United States. You will apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs across manufacturing and assembly operations for off-highway equipment.
The role involves establishing routings, methods, documenting costs and labor standards, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and plan implementation.
