O'Neal Industries in Hamilton, OH seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design, test, and implement manufacturing methods and equipment. You will analyze product requirements, develop tooling, fixture strategies, and processes to improve throughput and quality.
The role requires 4+ years of CAD/CAM experience (SolidWorks, Mastercam) and CAM programming for 3/4/5-axis CNC machines, with GD&T tolerances and high-value material experience. On-site position with cross-functional collaboration.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Four-year degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering (or related) required.
4+ Years of CAD Experience – SolidWorks Preferred
4+ Years of CAM experience – Mastercam Preferred
4+ Years of programming, operating, and process development for 3/4/5 – axis CNC milling machines
Experience with 3/4/5 axis milling machines, surface grinders, turning, wire EDM, CMM experience a plus
Experience holding tight GD&T tolerances (0.0010” or less)
Experience working with difficult materials or high-value components
Experience with developing fixturing strategy for complex parts
Ability to read and comprehend engineering instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
