Job summary

Employbridge in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive safety, quality and productivity by building and refining manufacturing processes and work instructions.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvements, reduce waste and optimize use of materials and utilities, applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and offers hands-on impact on the shop floor with opportunities to lead change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.
