Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II for our Denver, CO site. This technical leadership role provides on-floor engineering support during aseptic manufacturing operations and drives investigations to resolve manufacturing issues.

You will partner cross-functionally to implement process improvements, monitor real-time performance, and ensure inspection-ready documentation. A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field plus 3+ years in pharma/biotech is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or other scientific discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech process development, manufacturing, or MS&T support.
  • 2+ years of experience in aseptic operations.
  • Experience leading root cause investigations, CAPAs, and change controls in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to monitor and troubleshoot aseptic operations and process performance in real time.
  • Strong technical writing skills for inspection-ready reports and documentation.
