Job summary

Epiroc is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer in Delhi, IA, US. The role focuses on designing and optimizing manufacturing processes and layouts to improve productivity, quality, and safety on the shop floor.

You will support cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering and experience in manufacturing, with CAD/ERP proficiency and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in process or production engineering.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.

Physical Requirements

• Exposure to typical manufacturing areas requiring personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and in some areas hearing protection may be required.
• The work environment may include a workstation equipped with a computer as required for the job.
• Team member must be mobile enough to navigate the manufacturing shop floor safely including walking and standing for up to four hours at a time.
