Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer to support welding operations in a fast-paced production environment. You'll work with a cross-functional team to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement on both manual and robotic welding processes.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with welding systems (Fanuc robotics preferred), strong troubleshooting, and solid documentation and communication skills. This role includes evening shift, weekends, and potential OT.

Qualifications

Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer

As a Welding Manufacturing Engineer, supporting welding operations, you will engage with our workforce to overcome operational difficulties, and work with a cross functional team to execute continuous improvement projects and contribute to the overall team. At clientWorks, a premiere factory for the Construction and Forestry Division, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional team and operate in a challenging production environment where valuing others, diversity and inclusion are critical to the success of our team and our business.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A hands-on manufacturing engineer who enjoys supporting production in a fast-paced environment, has welding automation experience (preferably Fanuc robotics), can quickly troubleshoot issues during off-shift operations, and is comfortable taking ownership of production support activities with minimal supervision.

• Hours: 6pm-6am; OT hours may be requested by client
