Job summary

Rigaku Americas Holding, Inc. (Newton Scientific division) invites a qualified Manufacturing Engineer to join our Charlestown, MA site. You will help create and standardize manufacturing processes, maintain BOMs and drawings, and drive improvements with suppliers and internal teams.

The role is full-time, on-site, salaried, exempt, with competitive pay based on experience and opportunities for merit increases and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating processes and implementing changes to reduce non-value-added activities.

Responsibilities

• Create, standardize, and document manufacturing processes.
• Maintain and update BOMs, engineering drawings and documents.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and implement approved changes to reduce nonvalue adding activities.
• Work directly with vendors and part suppliers on quality and/or engineering related issues.
• Assist Quality and Product Engineers to resolve manufacturing related quality issues.

Position

The Position: Full time, on-site, salaried, exempt position. Newton Scientific offers competitive pay based on qualifications and experience, plus opportunities for annual merit increases and bonuses.
