Job summary

Avantus Aerospace USA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I with at least 2 years in aerospace fastener manufacturing or precision machining. You will support production processes, tooling, process improvements, and quality initiatives for aerospace-grade screws and bolts.

Duties include documenting cold heading and forge processes, ensuring first article inspection, updating drawings with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, creating work instructions, and maintaining ERP/MRP routers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
• High energy, self-motivated, self-starter, and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across departments.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Ability to create detailed drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: The manufacturing engineer with 2 years min. experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing or precision machining environment. The engineer supports production processes, tooling, process improvements, and quality initiatives for aerospace‑grade screws and bolts.
