Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Journeyman Electrician in the United States (Virginia region). The role is full-time and temp-to-hire with a pay rate of $25-$30 per hour. You will read blueprints, install wiring and equipment, test circuits, and ensure safety compliance across job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current journeyman electrician license or certification where applicable.
• Completed electrical apprenticeship or equivalent trade experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical theory, plans, tools, safety practices, and applicable codes.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Install and connect wiring, conduit, lighting, outlets, panels, controls, and electrical equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot circuits and equipment and complete repairs.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure completed work meets applicable codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, clients, and other trades.
• Guide apprentices and helpers and reinforce safe work practices.
• Keep work areas, tools, and job records organized.
• Follow all policies and procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
