Job summary

Crestview Aerospace is seeking a Production Planner/Coordinator to manage the flow of work and materials across departments, working with department leads and customers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include reviewing production schedules, coordinating with supervisors, and communicating schedule changes due to design or material shifts. Requires a Bachelor's degree with related experience and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Examine contracts, materials, and products, and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
• Communicate schedule revisions when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales, production, and engineering.
• Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, and customers to coordinate production and shipping activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
• Develop recovery plans to include required amounts of labor and materials, manufacturing costs, and wages. (using excel) Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer information, to complete weekly/monthly customer and internal reports.
• Communicate with customers daily to provide status and technical information
• Support in customer program reviews as necessary
