Job summary

Rangen, LLC Inc. is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to manage end-to-end product costing, margin analysis, and inventory control across multiple facilities. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to improve cost visibility and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

Significant on-site presence is required. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in manufacturing cost accounting, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to communicate findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive cost accounting or cost analysis in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP manufacturing cost modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and validate product costs (material, labor, overhead).
• Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee inventory valuation, turns, obsolescence, and reserves.
• Travel to manufacturing facilities to support costing and control initiatives.
