Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Cost Accounting Leader in Ohio to guide the Cost Accounting Team within our Kenworth/Peterbilt framework. Lead cost standards, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to drive profitability and operational excellence.

You will partner with operations, oversee month-end closes, and ensure accurate reporting while strengthening internal controls and SOX compliance. Prior leadership in manufacturing cost accounting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is required.
• 5 to 10 years of accounting experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Previous leadership or people management experience.
