You will partner with Controller and Cost Accounting teams to improve cash flow and deliver cross-functional financial recommendations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of senior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven cost accounting expertise in manufacturing.
• Robust ERP experience with advanced Excel skills and MS Office.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, judgment, and planning.

Responsabilités

• Conduct financial studies, analyze trends, and prepare actionable recommendations for budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with Cost Accounting to analyze data, establish/update rates, and audit inventory practices.
• Assist in creating monthly financial statements, ratios, budgets, forecasts and governmental reporting.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and provide backup for A/P and A/R as needed.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and support training for peers.
