Job summary

ORAFOL Americas Inc. Reflective Solutions Division in Avon, Connecticut, is seeking a Manufacturing Conversion Technician I to join our temperature-controlled facility.

The role focuses on the conversion of micro-prism films, managing material flow, monitoring operations, and ensuring product quality in accordance with ISO documentation. You will operate and troubleshoot equipment, perform quality checks, maintain safety, and collaborate with supervisors and other operators during shift changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
• Competency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of all ORAFOL manufacturing equipment.
• Operate equipment and perform functions to produce quality films.
