Ledgent Finance & Accounting client in Ventura County seeks an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting for a manufacturing environment.

This full-time on-site role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred), 5+ years in accounting management, US GAAP expertise, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills.

Competitive base salary 140,000–160,000 USD with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; on-site position offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting management experience.
• Manufacturing industry background.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Expertise in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and audit support.
