• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred depending on industry.
• Extensive experience in compliance, risk, audit or legal areas (8–12+ years).
• Proven leadership of teams and regulatory engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution and improvement of the compliance program.
• Oversee risk assessments, controls, monitoring and testing.
• Coordinate investigations and regulatory responses with Legal and leadership.
• Develop training and champion a culture of ethics and speak-up.
• Manage third-party risk, product/change compliance and data/privacy obligations.
