Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to follow written instructions and to speak, read and comprehend English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving in a team setting.
• Mechanical aptitude and self-motivation required.

Responsibilities

• Operate work centers and assembly stations on the production floor.
• Set up equipment to meet daily production needs.
• Perform inspections and ensure product compliance with the inspection plan.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly work areas; uphold safety.
• Train with technicians and assist supervisors with work orders.
• Support 6S and Lean activities; drive process improvements.
• Review procedures and look for updates to improve flow or efficiencies.
• Assist in new project setups and process flows with engineering.
• Train to operate secondary automation equipment.
• Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving.
• Monitor performance outputs to meet standards.
