Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in San Jose is seeking a Manufacturing Calibration Test Technician to join a fast-paced team. You will support on-time delivery, maintain high product quality, and collaborate with MFG, ENG, planning and warehouse teams onsite.

The role offers opportunities to develop standard processes, support ongoing manufacturing operations, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to GLP, GDP, GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Life science, Chemistry, or technology preferred, with 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate hands-on laboratory skills and PC proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-initiative with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MFG, Engineering and Quality to execute procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GDP, GMP and regulatory standards.
• Document, analyze, and report experimental results; manage equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Drive continuous process improvement through daily management and lean manufacturing.
