Job summary

Felss Rotaform in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time operator to run and optimize automated transfer line equipment in a modern, highly automated facility. You will ensure smooth starts, monitor flow, and address minor faults while maintaining safety and order.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Solid basic mechanical aptitude.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment while managing multiple tasks.
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor production flow and drive efficiency.
