CLA is seeking an Assurance Director/Manager to join our Manufacturing practice in California. You will manage client relationships, support funding strategies, and guide audits and financial planning using a range of tools.

Leadership and mentoring of engagement teams will be expected as you monitor budgets and deadlines for adherence. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 6+ years in public accounting with audits, and CPA licensure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement prep and audits.
• Experience leading teams and government/single audits preferred.
• CPA license certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with great clients.
• Assist clients in obtaining necessary funding to continue to positively impact their community.
• Assist clients with meeting their audit and financial planning objectives by using a range of tools.
• Be creative with staff development, mentoring, and overseeing client engagement teams.
• Lead the engagement progress by monitoring time budgets and deadlines for adherence. Communicate important development to the engagement principal along with facts, conclusions, and recommendations.
