Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Production Associate for an in-person role in Ohio. The position is overnight, full-time, with benefits from Day 1, and pay range $24.15–$25.30 per hour.

You'll operate production equipment, conduct in-process tests, document results, and support safety and clean-up tasks in a noisy industrial environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 55 lbs, work rotating shifts, and communicate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable operating computer systems and applications.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in FDA/cGMP packaging or manufacturing preferred.

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the production industry, and they want you tojoin their team as a ProductionOperator.

Your day-to-day as a Production Operator:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient workflow
• Perform in-process product testing to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain proper documentation
• Assist with area cleaning, rework, and floor support as needed
• Safely handle physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in varied temperature environments
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required

Your skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable operating computer systems and applications
• Capable of safely performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs, working at heights, standing for 10+ hours)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work rotating and overnight shifts
• Willingness to work in environments with noise, heat, cold, and industrial equipment while wearing required PPE
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) controlled, other controlled regulatory agencies, or Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred.
