Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, seeks a Manufacturing Associate III to lead hands-on operations across formulation, sterile filling, and visual inspection in a state-of-the-art Drug Product facility. You will perform manufacturing steps, in-process testing, and ensure cGMP compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Engineering).
• Equivalent military training or experience.
• Qualified experience on at least one unit operation (parts washer, autoclave operation, compounding/formulation, filling with isolator technology, manual/automated visual inspection).
• BioWorks or BTEC Capstone cGMP coursework (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and document manufacturing processing steps and support activities, including process monitoring and control.
• Perform in‑process testing (pH, conductivity, visual inspection) and ensure adherence to cGMP SOPs.
• Maintain training to perform all assigned manufacturing activities and assist in materials management.
• Support Drug Product operations (washing, autoclave, compounding, sterile filling, visual inspection) and participate in equipment qualification.
• Assist in training new colleagues and maintaining cGMP documentation; support DP facility startup.
