Job summary

System One is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II, Upstream Operations on the 3rd shift in Pennington, NJ. You will perform cell culture, bioreactor operations, harvest, and in-process testing in a cGMP cleanroom, mentoring junior associates and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements include experience with mammalian cell culture and upstream processing, bioreactor operations, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Lift up to 25 lbs; shift is 10pm-6am M-F.

Responsibilities

• Perform media/buffer preparation, cell culture, seed train, bioreactor, harvest, and filtration activities.
• Monitor processes and operate analytical equipment (Cedex, BGA, Osmometer, pH/conductivity meters).
• Maintain GMP documentation and support investigations.
• Perform aseptic operations in cleanroom environments.
• Train Associate I team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with SOP updates, technology transfers, and manufacturing readiness.

Shift: 3rd Shift, 10pm-6am M-F

Pay: $26.00-$32.00/hr + $3.00/hr Shift Differential

Industry: Global Biopharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) and Biosimilar Developer

Position Overview

Support upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include cell culture, bioreactor operations, harvest processing, in-process testing, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior associates.

Qualifications
