Manufacturing Associate II/III (Filling) – Day

Join us as a Manufacturing Associate II/III (Filling) – Day at BioSpace.

Overview

Seqirus, located in Holly Springs, NC, is a leader in influenza vaccine production, committed to protecting communities worldwide. Join our team to contribute to this vital mission, working onsite in manufacturing operations. You'll develop the skills necessary to produce high-quality biological products safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

Details

• Shift: Day
• Hours: 6AM–6PM
• Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation
• Job level based on experience and skills

Responsibilities

• Train on processes and equipment, acting as a hands-on resource in Production
• Perform activities following safety and cGMP standards
• Clean, prepare, sterilize, assemble, and disassemble production equipment
• Follow SOPs and BPRs to complete process steps
• Document activities accurately per cGMP requirements
• Handle biological and chemical hazards safely
• Operate process automation and electronic systems (e.g., PAS, BAS, PLCs, LIMS, SAP, LiveLink)
• Participate in qualification and validation activities
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues, including root cause analysis and CAPA
• Collaborate within a team environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; biotechnology coursework is a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training in biomanufacturing
• Knowledge of cGMP preferred
• Experience with filling, aseptic processing, or similar operations is advantageous
• Experience with SOPs and documentation
• Basic mechanical or electronic equipment knowledge is preferred
