Job summary

Marquee Staffing in Irvine, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (Level 2) for an on-site role. The position offers pay ranging from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with a 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Overtime may occasionally be required, including Saturdays.

Primary duties include wire assembly, tool handling, microscope inspection, and adherence to GMP and MI guidance. Prior medical device manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of medical device manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small wires by piercing, hooking, looping, and crimping.
• Operate hand tools such as pliers.
• Inspect work under a microscope for quality.
• Occasionally operate pneumatic (air-powered) machines.
• Follow written and spoken work instructions.
• Follow Manufacturing Instructions (MI) to perform tasks.
• Adhere to quality rules and maintain clean, careful workmanship.
• Use calipers, micrometers, rulers, and temperature gauges to measure parts.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
