Job summary

Adventure Ready Brands is hiring a Manufacturing Associate I for first shift (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM) in Littleton, NH. The role supports the Packaging, Filling and various production areas, ensures Lot/Date code accuracy, and maintains line efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling pallets and cartons, verifying codes, loading racks, and assisting with capper operations. A high school diploma or GED and willingness to overtime are required for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or successful work history.
• Ability to stand for full shift/ long periods of time.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions primarily utilizing upper body extremities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain high rates and repetitive manual activities.
• Ability to visually check and verify printed Lot and Date codes in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Support production activities in the Packaging, Filling, Alloyd Blister packaging, Display Assembly and Pack Out areas.
• Operate manual Pallet Jacks and assist with carton labeling and boxing.
• Verify Lot/Date Codes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Load cards into racks on the Thiele and Clybourn lines and keep cap levels correct on the Terco Capper bowl.
• Assist with cleaning and organization to maintain cGMP standards.
• Work in a team environment to sustain line output rates and participate in team meetings.
