Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate and maintain production equipment, perform in-process checks, and document production records in line with cGMPs. The role supports set ups, changeovers, and cleanups across shifts, with emphasis on process improvements and cost reduction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to follow SOPs and SOP-based training. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension; reads/speaks/comprehends English instructions and procedure documents; proofreads alpha and numeric data.
  • Ability to follow standard work and SOPs.
  • Basic computer skills; may need to navigate computer-based training systems.
  • Effective communication as part of a work team; meets locally defined training requirements.
  • Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical/FDA-controlled or other controlled regulatory environments; cGMP packaging or manufacturing.
  • Required: operate and handle material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
