Job summary

Glaz-Tech Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Associate with a focus on glass fabrication at our Englewood, CO location. You will be responsible for fabricating, handling and assembling glass panes used in dual pane windows, shower doors and tables.

You will operate tools, machinery and protective gear to ensure safety and high quality. Responsibilities include learning a CNC program, reading tags, organizing panes on racks, and loading finished products for delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to safely lift 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8”.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to complete simple computer tasks.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Background Check/Drug Screen required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use a custom CNC and production program to cut glass to required sizes.
• Read production tags to correctly assemble dual pane windows.
• Organize window panes onto transportation or storage racks.
• Load completed product onto glass trucks for delivery.

Position: Manufacturing Associate (Glass)

Location: 4005 S. Clay St., Englewood, CO 80110

Wage: Starting at $17.00 (Depending on Experience) with Pay Rate Change Based on Evaluation

*Bi-Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit

Department: Production

Summary Details:

• Local, Full-Time Schedule, Monday-Friday (Overtime Available Upon Orders)
• Day Shift Hours Available ( e.g. 8 a.m.-5p.m.)
• Production Floor Environment (Associates are lifting, moving and standing)
• Learn Flat Glass Manufacturing & Fabricating
  • Cutting, Polishing, Tempering, Basic CNC

We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self–driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include fabricating, handling, and assembling glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows, shower doors, table tops, mirrors, etc. The glass fabricator will use a variety of tools, machinery, and protective gear to ensure product is produced safely and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities may include:

• Learning and using a custom CNC and production program to cut glass to required sizes.
