Job summary

Randstad in Fowlerville, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to operate machinery and assemble components for machined valve bodies. You will ensure quality through visual inspection and precision testing, and support logistics on the production floor.

The role offers shifts with start times 6am/7am for 1st shift, 2pm/3pm for 2nd, and 10pm/11pm for 3rd, with pay between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour plus a $1,000 attendance bonus. Prior manufacturing experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but training available.
• Ability to read technical materials and follow detailed instructions.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime as needed (up to 12hrs/day, 7 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment and assembly machinery to build and finish products.
• Perform visual inspections and use gauges to verify parts meet blueprints.
• Move materials with pallet trucks and maintain production records.
• Keep workstation clean and safe.
