Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, process development, or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline process support by analyzing variability, improving processes, and ensuring manufacturing performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and own process-related deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Support and execute technology transfers, ensuring robust and compliant implementation.
• Develop and maintain batch records, process documentation, and SAP-related material planning models.
• Design and execute experiments (DOE), analyze data, and implement improvements based on statistical findings.
