Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Pallet Repairer in Henderson, CO to build and repair wooden pallets daily, using a nail gun and standard stringers. You will stack pallets for forklift transport and must follow safety protocols. This role emphasizes quality and efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Base pay is $19.50/hr with a60-day training at $16/hr plus a piece-rate, averaging $21–$31/hr. Shift: Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm; overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and assemble with nail gun on set stringers.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement to appropriate areas.
• Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain high quality while producing a high volume of finished goods.

Overview

As an Pallet Repairer, you’ll get to build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to fulfill all of our customers’ needs! This is a piece rate position, so the more pallets you repair, the more money you make!

Hourly Pay:

$19.50/hr. During Training 60 days and then $16.00/hr. + Piece rate (AVG $21.00/hr. - $31.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers

• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas

• Ensure safety for yourself and others by following all procedures as set by the company

• Achieve high standards of quality while maintaining high volume of finished goods

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred

• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work overtime as needed
