As a Manufacturing Associate, you may be assigned to either the assembly or machining department based on business needs. Shifts run from 1st through 3rd with pay rates from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work any shift; overtime as needed.
• Successful completion of urine and/or hair drug screening and criminal background check.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions.
• (Preferred) Experience with statistical process control, tagging/lot control, problem-solving, forklift operation, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive production tasks in either assembly or machining.
• Conduct gross and fine adjustments to parts, machinery, or vehicles, using strong manual dexterity and visual coordination.
• Follow instructions and maintain a safe workspace, always wearing provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards, including TS169494/ISO14001 specifications as applicable.
• Accurately sort, categorize, and handle materials of varying size and weight.
