Job summary

International Paper is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for the Delaware Container Plant, with 2nd shift 3pm-11pm or 3rd shift 11pm-7am. Pay starts at $23.18/hr for the first 90 days and increases to $26.13-$28.23/hr after 90 days.

You will count and stack finished product, read orders, inspect with gauges, perform basic shop math, complete quality and administrative documents, and participate in cleanup tasks around the machine area. Attention to safety and accuracy is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Counting and stacking finished product.
• Reading factory orders.
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment.
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting.
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions.
• Clean-up tasks including blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up/shredding scrap.
