Job summary

Job Description

• The Manufacturing Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling products, components, and subassemblies in a manufacturing environment while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
• The role requires following standardized work instructions, maintaining productivity targets, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer demand is met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, parts, and subassemblies according to standardized work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product conformance.
• Follow all quality procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
• Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, and process abnormalities.
• Support troubleshooting and problem‑solving activities with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S and plant standards.
• Comply with all company, plant, and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and other required reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different production lines and workstations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to achieve operational goals.

Experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environment.
• Experience working with assembly tools, equipment, and production processes preferred.
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and manufacturing standards is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced production environment is preferred.
