Job summary

Employnet is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support production and quality operations in a fast-paced environment. You will use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMMs to verify product dimensions and ensure conformance to blueprints and GD&T.

You will read engineering drawings, perform in-process and final inspections, and document results while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and adhering to ISO-style quality practices.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machining, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Experience operating and interpreting results from a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Basic computer skills and experience documenting inspection results.
