Express Employment in Luck, WI is seeking reliable, multi-skilled individuals for a Urethane Production & Machine Operator role. You will safely perform entry-level urethane production, finishing operations, and industrial wire screen fabrication under supervision while learning equipment operation, processing procedures, and quality standards.

Shift is 2nd (Mon-Thu 2pm-12pm) with pay at $19.75/hour and weekly pay every Friday.

Mansioni

• Follow safety rules, SOPs and work instructions when handling raw materials and finished goods safely.
• Set up required materials, molds, tools, and equipment; assist with material mixing, pouring, casting, and machine setup.
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish industrial-grade woven wire and slot wire screens according to blueprints and specifications.
• Demold products and perform finishing processes including trimming, sanding, and edge finishing.
• Conduct visual inspections and use precision measuring tools to verify tolerance.
• Adjust loom settings, tensioners, and crimping machines based on materials and gauges.
• Record production data and maintain a clean, organized work area; report equipment issues.

Job Openings: Urethane Production & Machine Operator / Multi-Skilled Position

We have openings at a highly respected employer in Luck, WI. is seeking hard-working and reliable individuals to join their team. In this multi-skilled role, you will safely perform entry-level urethane production, finishing operations, and industrial wire screen fabrication. You will work under direct supervision while learning equipment operation, processing procedures, and company quality standards.

Shift and Pay:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 2pm-12pm
• $19.75/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety rules, standard operating procedures, and work instructions while handling raw materials and finished goods safely.

• Urethane Production & Setup: Select and prepare required materials, molds, tools, and equipment; assist with material mixing, pouring, casting, and machine setup.

• Fabrication & Assembly: Set up and operate machinery to fabricate, assemble, and finish industrial-grade woven wire and slot wire screens according to blueprints and traveler specifications.

• Finishing Operations: Demold products and perform secondary finishing processes, including trimming, sanding, flashing removal, cutting, shearing, and hooking edges.

• Quality Inspection: Conduct visual inspections and use precision measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures) to verify that parts meet strict industrial tolerances.

• Machine Operation: Adjust loom settings, tensioners, and crimping machines based on specific materials and wire gauges.

• Support Operations: Accurately record production data, maintain a clean and organized work area, support inventory/packaging/shipping, and report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of recent related work experience preferred but willing to train
• Reliability is a must
• This job is located within the United States
• Must be able to commute to Luck, WI (not a remote role)
