Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Indianapolis is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Associate to complete assembly operations safely and efficiently, following procedures and engineering drawings. The Manufacturing Assembly Associate is responsible for completing assigned manufacturing Assembly operations activities in your Assembly production area safely, meeting our quality standards and meeting Delivery goals.
This position reports to the Supervisorand is part of the LSATeam locatedinIndianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Follow engineering drawings and Manufacturing Assembly Procedures
Perform electro-mechanical assembly of instrument modules
Perform assembly and module integration to complete final instrument
The essential requirements of the job include
High School degree(or equivalent degree) with 3 years experience
Possess a sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to read and follow assembly instructions
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Awareness of continuous improvement with participation in a kaizen project team is desirable.
Manufacturing in an FDA regulated environment
