Because of that, “good work” is the floor here. What we’re building takes people who care more about the mission than the credit, who tell the truth before it’s comfortable, and who would rather be stretched by real responsibility than protected from it.
Every product ProEdge ships is built by hand, and the Manufacturing Associate is the person who builds it. This role runs the daily production, assembly, and packing work behind BluTube, QuickPass, Broth, Boxing, and Water Kit Assembly: following approved processes exactly, meeting the day’s schedule, recording what was built, and holding the quality standard on every unit that moves forward. It is hands‑on work where precision is the product.
We are adding this seat now because volume is outgrowing the floor. Our operation is growing toward roughly twice today’s output, and that only holds if we have associates who are cross‑trained across areas and can move to wherever the schedule is tightest that week. You will be trained in more than one area on purpose, and the breadth you build is what makes the whole operation flexible. The work lands with a dental practice that is counting on compliant product arriving when promised, which means a unit built carefully here is a patient protected there.
Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
This is an in‑office role, Monday through Friday, on a core 8-hour day shift, held with real flexibility, because all of us have sick kids and moments at home we wouldn’t miss. But product gets built by hand, on a floor, with teammates beside you, and the standard we hold gets held in person.
Every hire is one of the most important decisions we make, so we put real time into this, and we’ll ask real time from you. The road generally runs: Candidate Survey → Screening Interview → Hiring Leader Interview → Onsite Interview. At the end, you’ll get a clear yes or no, communicated directly.
Applications accepted through October 2, 2026.
This role is performed on an active manufacturing, assembly, and packing floor. Essential functions regularly require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm motion for the majority of an 8‑hour shift; regularly lifting and moving materials and finished product up to 50 pounds; and clear verbal and written communication. The role involves working in and around temperature‑controlled storage, hand tools, and powered industrial equipment, with required personal protective equipment.
ProEdge is an equal opportunity employer. We’re building a team of the right people, and the right people come from all kinds of places and backgrounds. Hiring decisions here are made on character, capability, and fit for the work — never on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or anything else unrelated to doing this work with excellence.
