Description

ProEdge Dental Compliance Labs is a team of selfless builders. By putting our focus on the success of customers, we’ve created a healthy, quickly-growing, dynamic company. Our ~60 team members have taken on a significant challenge: transform compliance in the dental practice, an often distinct pain for our customers, into a culture of shared purpose for the safety of patients and staff. By building trust and developing value-based solutions, we’ve created an emerging brand in dental.

Because of that, “good work” is the floor here. What we’re building takes people who care more about the mission than the credit, who tell the truth before it’s comfortable, and who would rather be stretched by real responsibility than protected from it.

Our Values
  • We build trust by speaking candidly, doing what we say, and owning our mistakes.
  • We serve the team above ourselves by choosing the mission over comfort, clarifying expectations, and engaging in feedback.
  • We delight our customers by taking ownership of their experience, delivering quality they can count on, and treating every customer as valuable.
  • We create clarity by making the goal plain, speaking up when we don’t know, and closing the loop when clarity is at risk.
  • We improve by driving our own growth, fixing the root, and making the better way repeatable.
The Manufacturing Associate Opportunity

Every product ProEdge ships is built by hand, and the Manufacturing Associate is the person who builds it. This role runs the daily production, assembly, and packing work behind BluTube, QuickPass, Broth, Boxing, and Water Kit Assembly: following approved processes exactly, meeting the day’s schedule, recording what was built, and holding the quality standard on every unit that moves forward. It is hands‑on work where precision is the product.

We are adding this seat now because volume is outgrowing the floor. Our operation is growing toward roughly twice today’s output, and that only holds if we have associates who are cross‑trained across areas and can move to wherever the schedule is tightest that week. You will be trained in more than one area on purpose, and the breadth you build is what makes the whole operation flexible. The work lands with a dental practice that is counting on compliant product arriving when promised, which means a unit built carefully here is a patient protected there.

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

Success Outcomes & Core Responsibilities
Success Outcomes
  • Quality holds on every unit. Sustain first-pass build quality above 98% with zero units released outside specification, from day 90 forward.
  • The daily schedule gets met. Hit assigned daily output targets in your primary area consistently by day 90, and independently within the first six months.
  • The system matches the floor. Record production counts and material consumption in NetSuite accurately, with no month-end inventory corrections traced to your area within the first year.
  • Coverage widens. Complete cross‑training in at least two additional areas within the first six months, and be qualified to run any assigned area within the first year.
  • Problems surface early. Raise material shortages, equipment issues, and quality concerns the day they appear, so nothing is found downstream that could have been caught at the bench.
Core Responsibilities
  • Build, assemble, pack, and label product to approved work instructions across BluTube, QuickPass, Broth, Boxing, and Water Kit Assembly.
  • Work the daily production schedule set by the Manufacturing Supervisor, and flag early when a target is at risk.
  • Record production counts, material consumption, and build transactions in NetSuite so inventory reflects what actually happened on the floor.
  • Inspect your own work against quality standards, quarantine anything that does not meet specification, and elevate rather than pass it forward.
  • Stage and pull materials, verify lot and label accuracy, and keep material locations organized and correctly identified.
  • Keep workstations, staging areas, and equipment clean, organized, and audit‑ready every day, including 5S and end‑of‑shift resets.
  • Cross‑train into additional areas and step into the highest‑priority area when the schedule requires it, regardless of personal preference.
  • Help new and cross‑training teammates learn approved processes to standard, and follow all safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
Role Requirements
Required
  • A dependable record of showing up on time and following through on what you said you would do.
  • Comfort working with your hands in a production, warehouse, assembly, or similar hands‑on environment, and willingness to be trained to a documented standard.
  • Attention to detail strong enough to catch your own misses, and the honesty to raise them when you do not.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and to record counts and transactions accurately using a computer or handheld scanner after training.
  • Willingness to move between areas as priorities change, including work that is not your preference on a given day.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move materials and finished product up to 50 pounds, and to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the majority of an 8‑hour shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, kitting, or fulfillment, particularly in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or biotech.
  • Familiarity with an ERP or warehouse management system; NetSuite specifically.
  • Exposure to Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
  • Forklift or pallet jack certification, or the willingness to obtain one, and a genuine safety‑first instinct.
