Vantran-Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Team Lead for Plant 3 to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and maintain a safe, productive manufacturing environment. You will drive task assignments, coaching, and performance monitoring to meet production goals while upholding quality standards.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced plant setting, enforce safety protocols, and continuously improve processes, ensuring accountability and high performance across shifts.

Formación

• Must have manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assign tasks and provide direction to meet production goals.
• Monitor workflows and adjust as needed to support changes.
