RectorSeal, based in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to join our on-site production team. You will assemble products and components following work instructions, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read diagrams, and the stamina to stand for long shifts while lifting up to 25 lbs. Typical schedule features 10-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday, with additional hours as needed.
The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an on-site hourly position, and the regular workweek is 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays and additional hours as required by business needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
