Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for our Modular Electrical Division in Richmond, VA. Join a fast-paced indoor team installing wires, panels, circuits, and other systems in modular units and helping ship them to sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, open availability, and a willingness to learn assembly/manufacturing. Prior assembly line experience is a big advantage for growth and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
• Background in assembly lines, manufacturing, or warehouse work.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow verbal, written, and drawn instructions
• Assemble parts using fasteners and joining techniques
• Maintain work area cleanliness, functionality, and safe conditions
• Perform tasks within time limits and quality standards
• Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, and devices in modular units
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues during production
• Work closely with other trades to ensure smooth workflow

Job Summary

• -Perform all assigned tasks in a limited amount of time, within acceptable quality limits, and while following safe work practices
• -Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, and devices in modular units
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues during production
• Work closely with other trades (plumbing, framing, HVAC) to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet production schedules and quality standards

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
