Job summary

FECS Consulting in Ontario, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist – Manufacturing to join our team. This hourly role pays $20–$30 per hour and focuses on accurate invoice processing and vendor communications.

You will enter and match invoices with POs, assist with month-end close, and maintain AP records with a strong emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounts payable experience required.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents, and three-way matching.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
